Louise Klein Haarhuis studied business economics at the University of Groningen with a specialization in marketing management. She has gained 10+ years of experience in marketing research at reputable companies. After having worked on research agency side for 5 years at TNS Nipo, Louise became marketing intelligence manager at Vodafone. She now is a senior global intelligence manager for Philips where she is responsible for the female hair removal category. Her passion is understanding  shopper behavior in order to fuel the business to maximize conversion.  This drive lead to developing a shopper research standard which is now implemented throughout Philips.
