Caroline de Bondt

Caroline is a passionate insight professional (+13 years) with a background in behavioral economics. She’s specialized in innovation and go-to-market within the beauty, OTC pharma & fashion sectors. In 2017, she obtained a PhD in Consumer Behavior at Ghent University and published in top-tier marketing journals such as Journal of Consumer Research and International Journal of Advertising. During her career, she explored a wide variety of research methodologies, from implicit research studies to managing multi-market online qualitative programs supercharged by AI.

Prisca Metz

Prisca is CMI Director Benelux at L’Oréal and responsible for consumer & market insights across all categories (skincare, haircare, hair coloration, make-up, perfume) in which L’Oréal is active. Within L’Oréal Benelux, her mission is to foster consumer centricity and make the organization more ‘consumer obsessed’. This by means of a wide variety of research methods, including consumer connects, with the aim to better understand the Dutch and Belgian consumers from different perspectives.

Sophie van Neck

Sophie is an experienced marketing professional (+17 years) with a background in Political Science. She has a clear FMCG interest (both Beauty and Luxury as well as Food & Drinks) and is specialized in insight, innovation and strategic planning. She has been servicing many international clients such as L’Oréal, Heineken, Coca-Cola, Reckitt and H&M. As one of the partners of Human8, she’s a proven expert in delivering & activating consumer insights. She’s been servicing L’Oréal on a global scale since 2016, and acts as the client partner for all their EMEA business.
